| Hi,
Would be great if we could build houses for others if we already have a house in that location. Building houses for clannies (or others) is an absolute pain as people usually want houses in the same locations, so if a clannie wants a house, they have no choice but to buy the house I have from me, so I can then rebuild one for myself. This means I have to empty all my stuff out and transfer it and they have no choice but to buy the size of house I have for myself and pay me for my farm land, which they may not need... |

| A big yes from me, especially an issue if you also farm at those houses. I can never farm hops because i can only plant at morrie and may need to build a house there for others.

| It's not a hugely popular skill either, I am only level 67 yet that is already enough to put me into the top 30 builders. Meaning, there aren't many people that can build decent size houses, so the few that can are constantly dealing with this issue |

| If I were to request a change to houses it would be to have Categories in them like SH's for example

If I ever need to build a house with a different size then mine.
I just look for someone without a house in that location and make 2 house swaps.
or give a free upgrade  (I only build 250k slotters for myself, hehe)
